Marbr\u00e9 \u00e0 la polenta : <\/p>\n

M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble (\u0153ufs, sucre, beurre, polenta, levure, farine, amandes en poudres) puis diviser la pr\u00e9paration dans 2 bols distincts dans l\u2019un ajouter 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vanille liquide dans l\u2019autre ajouter 100 g de chocolat blanc fondu. Dans les 2 bols ajouter 10 g de fleurs de Mauve.<\/p>\n

Frangipane \u00e0 la violette : <\/p>\n

Ajouter le beurre et le sucre, fouetter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te lisse et homog\u00e8ne, ajouter la poudre d\u2019amande et l\u2019\u0153uf jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une texture cr\u00e9meuse puis ajouter le sirop de violette. Dans la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la frangipane saveur violette ajouter 30 g de bonbons \u00e0 la violette au pr\u00e9alable coup\u00e9 en morceaux puis m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n

femme Sophie \u00e9galement boulang\u00e8re p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re de m\u00e9tier la boulangerie p\u00e2tisserie de sa famille cr\u00e9\u00e9 par son grand p\u00e8re en mai 1949 aujourd'hui nous nous effor\u00e7ons de mener au mieux cet h\u00e9ritage qui aujourd'hui est renforc\u00e9 par nos 2 fils \u00e9galement dans ce beau m\u00e9tier
