M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients et laisser reposer 1h30.
\nFondre 200g de beurre et laisser refroidir, pr\u00e9paration de la garniture 200g de farine, 75g beurre mou, 2cac sel, 1cac curcuma, 1,5 cac de raz El hanout.
\nPartagez la p\u00e2te en 5 boule laissez reposer 5min, pour arriver \u00e0 les \u00e9tal\u00e9s tout finement. Passez le beurre sur la p\u00e2te puis \u00e9taler une autre p\u00e2te pour la mettre sur la premi\u00e8re continuer cet \u00e9tape jusqu’\u00e0 finir la p\u00e2te.
\nRouler la p\u00e2te en forme de boudin partager en petite morceaux (80g).

effor\u00e7ons de mener au mieux cet h\u00e9ritage qui aujourd'hui est renforc\u00e9 par nos 2 fils \u00e9galement dans ce beau m\u00e9tier
