REALISER LA PATE A CAKE :
\nMettre le beurre de bresse en pommade
\nAjouter le sucre gla\u00e7e
\nMettre les \u0153ufs
\nAjouter la farine tamis\u00e9e et le sucre inverti
\nPr\u00e9lever 70g pour l’insert
\nPr\u00e9lever 50g pour le d\u00e9cor du moule
\nAjouter la poudre \u00e0 lever + les abricots coup\u00e9s en morceaux<\/p>\n

POUR L’INSERT :
\nM\u00e9langer les 70g avec la farine de gaude et le jus de truffes
\nLaisser refroidir<\/p>\n

POUR LE DECOR DU MOULE :
\nM\u00e9langer les 50g d’appareil \u00e0 cake avec une pinc\u00e9e de poudre intense noir
\nFaire un cornet et disposer des dessins sur le moule
\nMettre en cellule<\/p>\n

Garnir le moule un petit peu
\nAjouter l’insert + les lamelles de truffes
\nfinir de garnir le moule
\nMettre un liser\u00e9 de beurre pommade sur le dessus<\/p>\n

CUIRE : au four \u00e0 15 min \u00e0 165\u00b0C puis 35 min \u00e0 160\u00b0C environ<\/p>\n

Faire bouillir l’eau et le sucre
\nAjouter les tiges de lavande.
\nLaisser infuser.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s cuisson puncher le cake.

effor\u00e7ons de mener au mieux cet h\u00e9ritage qui aujourd'hui est renforc\u00e9 par nos 2 fils \u00e9galement dans ce beau m\u00e9tier
