Pour commencer je pr\u00e9pare le logo de Corse avec des noisettes que je mixe jusqu’\u00e0 commencer a obtenir une p\u00e2te . je dispose comme sur la photo et envoie en cellule de refroidissement.
\nJe pr\u00e9pare ensuite le contour de mon moelleux avec la p\u00e2te bicolore comme sur la photo et bloque \u00e9galement au surgel.
\nEnsuite je pr\u00e9pare mon moelleux.
\nLe m\u00e9lange est tr\u00e8s simple tous les ingr\u00e9dients sauf le beurre et huile de p\u00e9pins de raisin. Tourn\u00e9e au batteur jusqu’\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange bien omog\u00e8ne . Finir par incorporer les mati\u00e8res grasses, laisser tourner 2 minutes et stopper.
\nD\u00e9barrasser le tous dans le cercle en prenant soin de ne pas ab\u00eemer le signe Corse . Et mettre en cuisson 50 minute a 175 degr\u00e9s.
