Mousse pain d\u2019\u00e9pices chocolat<\/p>\n
Porter le lait, le miel et le m\u00e9lange de pain d\u2019\u00e9pices \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Retirer du feu et ajouter les feuilles de g\u00e9latine pr\u00e9alablement ramollie \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide. Verser le chocolat et remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une belle \u00e9mulsion. Laisser refroidir \u00e0 30\u00b0C et ajouter la cr\u00e8me mont\u00e9e<\/p>\n
Pain d’\u00e9pices orange<\/p>\n
1. Faire bouillir le miel avec le lait et faire refroidir \u00e0 60\u00b0C
\n2. Tamiser ensemble la farine, la levure chimique et le bicarbonate
\n3. Dans la cuve du batteur, m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la feuille le lait\/miel avec les ingr\u00e9dients tamis\u00e9s
\n4. Ajouter la poudre d\u2019amande
\n5. Lorsque la p\u00e2te est lisse et homog\u00e8ne, incorporer les \u0153ufs, les zestes et les \u00e9pices
\n6. Garnir des moules aux \u00be, et faire cuire \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant environ 35 \u00e0 45minutes

effor\u00e7ons de mener au mieux cet h\u00e9ritage qui aujourd'hui est renforc\u00e9 par nos 2 fils \u00e9galement dans ce beau m\u00e9tier
